Job Description

Our client is one of the leading security companies in the UK and is currently looking for an administrator to support the team in the Swindon office.

Main Responsibilities

  • Answering All Calls in a Professional Manner and Ensuring a Clear and Accurate Record of Information is Passed to the Relevant Person
  • Maintaining an Organised and Well-Presented Environment 
  • Meeting and Greeting All Visitors to the Office, Making Them Refreshments, and Directing Them to Allocated Meeting Rooms
  • Filing and Archiving Confidential Documents 
  • Setting up New Client Files and Daily Report Files 
  • Coordinating the Meeting Rooms 
  • Management of Shift Request Book 
  • Any Other Ad-Hoc Duties as Requested by the Management Team

An enhanced DBS check is required for all positions with the cost paid by the company.

Benefits

Salary: £8.00 per Hour

Hours: 37.5 Hrs, Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
